About Gamzeli Accommodation Cyprus Lefke

Gamzeli Student Dormitory is an establishment of Durukan Ltd. Şti., a company that has been operating in the construction and hardware sector since 1981, maintaining its trust and reputation without compromise. Our dormitory is a 6-story building with 32 rooms, each floor having 6 rooms, and equipped with an elevator.

It is located within a 5-minute walking distance from the university. In accordance with the expectations of our students and their families, our building offers everything needed in the various types of rooms.

Our rooms are completely independent from each other. Each room is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom/WC, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

In line with our students’ needs, each student is provided with a bedding set, including a pillow and blanket.

For our students’ convenience, there is a study room available for quiet study. Additionally, students can get a meal for around 10-15 TL at the cafeteria located within the building.

In addition to Gamzeli Dormitory, we are also completing the construction of Gamzeli Apart, which will be finished in August. This building will offer single rooms as well as 1+1 and 2+1 apartments. It will also include 2 study rooms that all students can use, one of which is specifically designed to meet the needs of architecture students.

Considering the families of students staying at Gamzeli, we have provided 2 guest rooms for families who wish to visit their children.

Our buildings prioritize security and cleanliness. In addition to a technological fire extinguishing system, there is a card-based main entrance system and 24-hour security service.

We have mobilized all our resources for the comfort of our students and their families. We look forward to having you join us in the new academic year.
