About Us
Gamzeli Student Dormitory is an establishment of Durukan Ltd. Şti., a company that has been operating in the construction and hardware sector in the region since 1981, maintaining its trust and reputation without compromise. Our dormitory consists of 32 rooms in total, spread over 6 floors with 6 rooms on each floor, and is equipped with an elevator.
It is located just a 5-minute walk from the university. In accordance with the expectations of our students and their families, our building offers everything needed in various types of rooms.
Our rooms are completely independent of each other. Each room is equipped with a kitchen, bathroom/WC, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Additionally, in line with students’ needs, each student is provided with a set of bed linens, a pillow, and a blanket.
To ensure that our students can study comfortably, our dormitory includes a study room. Moreover, students can have their meals at the cafeteria located in the building for a cost ranging from 10 to 15 TL.
In addition to the Gamzeli Dormitory, our Gamzeli Apartment building, whose construction will be completed in August, offers single rooms as well as 1+1 and 2+1 apartments. This building also includes 2 study rooms available for all students, one of which is specifically designed to meet the needs of architecture students.
To accommodate families who wish to visit their children staying at Gamzeli, we have provided 2 guest rooms.
Our buildings prioritize security and cleanliness. In addition to a technological fire suppression system, we have a card access system at the main entrance and 24-hour security service.
We have mobilized all our resources for the comfort of our students and their families. We look forward to welcoming you in the new academic year.
